On Friday, June 2, PD Dr. Michael Falser will give a lecture at Sorbonne University in Paris on "L'échelle européenne existe-t-elle?" ("Does the European scale exist [in the History of Art]?"). The lecture is part of the Laboratoire d'excellence "Écrire une histoire nouvelle de l'Europe" (LabEx EHNE). His talk will be commented on by Jean-Sébastien Cluzel, researcher about Japanese art history at the Research Unit CREOPS - Centre de Recherche sur l'Extrême-Orient of Paris-Sorbonne University, where Michael Falser will be invited as Visiting Professor in the summer term of 2018.
