On October 28-30, Dr. Takahiro Yamamoto, assistant professor of Cultural Economic History, was invited to serve as one of the fourteen senior commentators at the European graduate School for Training in Economic and Social Historical Research (ESTER) Research Design Course, held at ENS de Lyon, France. Established in 1991, ESTER is a European platform for postgraduate teaching that involves more than sixty universities throughout Europe and offers high-level research training for PhD students in an international context.
