From June 22 to 23, Prof. Monica Juneja participated in the Royal Historical Society 2018 Symposium "The Future of History: Going Global in the University." The event was hosted by the Oxford Centre For Global History and took place in the Ashmolean Museum and Bodleian Library. It focused on the nature of the 'global turn' in higher education, which has challenged the traditional framework of history research and teaching in universities. During the symposium, Prof. Juneja gave a talk about "The languages of global art history – why concepts matter."
