Former Cluster member Dr. Max Stille has taken up a position as a at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development in Berlin in January 2017. He joined the project “Emotional Transitions: Religious and Non-Religious Emotions in North India, ca. 1840-1920” at the Center for the History of Emotions, led by Prof. Ute Frevert. Stille was a member of project MC2 “Sufism” at the Cluster. In 2017, he received in PhD in South Asian Studies at Heidelberg University.
