On Thursday, February 9, Dr. Friederike Werner will present her new Book “Ägyptomanie in Preußen - Die Tafelskulptur zur Hochzeit im Königshaus 1804” at the Palace Museum in Darmstadt. The book focuses on a Prussian bronze centerpiece in Egyptian style that has until now awaited recognitions. Friederike Werner is an Associate Member of the Cluster “Asia and Europe” and former member of Research Project MC14.2 "Aegyptiaca in Early Modern Europe and the Phenomenon of Egyptomania”.
